Docklands Winter Glow Workshop – Hot Chocolate Masterclass

Driven by an obsessive passion for chocolate and a love of local and ethical produce, Jade Anderson of Wawa Chocolatier combines the biggest of ideas in the smallest of kitchens to bring you the delectable Wawa Chocolate range.

Using locally grown ingredients and the finest French couverture, this winter Jade is turning her hand to the art of hot chocolate and you are invited along for the ride.

In this workshop, you will make (and taste) three hot chocolate recipes, discuss the origins of chocolate, the importance of quality ingredients and the different styles of chocolate drinks made around the world. Each attendee will take home a copy of the recipes.
