Docklands Winter Glow Progressive Dinner – Around the World

Presented by City of Melbourne 

Venture through Italy, Vietnam and back home to Australia for Docklands’ first Winter Glow Progressive Dinner.

Start off the evening with the family behind Saluministi as they serve a selection of their finest Italian-inspired antipasto.

Then at Banoi, enjoy a creamy coconut-based chicken curry, complete with sweet potato and fresh Asian herbs.

End the evening on a sweet note at TAP831, a restaurant that celebrates Victorian produce. Indulge in their signature sago pearls – a dessert made with palm-sugar caramel, puffed rice, coconut sorbet and pineapple.
