Pagan celebrations and a nod to the solstice

Some 47 Docklanders and stakeholder businesses learnt that the two celebrations this winter replacing the 9 week fireworks will be. Those that attended the Docklands Stakeholder forum on Wednesday the 12th of April learnt that there will be:
- A celebration of food, music and dance most likely to be called ‘Harvest’ on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th May
- A second celebration on June 30, July 1st and 2nd stylised on winter solstice celebrations and likely to include ritualistic burnings on the water combined with intense activation of the areas surrounding the water
